Personal Statement
The personal statement is one of the most important parts of your application. In those 5300 characters, you have the job of telling us who you are and how your experiences have informed your decision to pursue medicine. Essentially, “why medicine?”. It can be really hard to get. started, so I’ve made some videos as a guide and below you can also find my personal statement brainstorm worksheet. Ideally you should begin writing your personal statement at least 3-5 months in advance of submission date. You should have a finalized version latest by beginning of May. If you are interested, I do offer personal statement revision services.
